Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bloom Room Studio website (bloomroom.studio) and our floral design and delivery services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
• Orders are confirmed once we acknowledge them via WhatsApp, LINE, email, or phone.
• We reserve the right to substitute specific flowers with alternatives of equal or greater value based on seasonal availability.

3. Payment

We accept bank transfer, cash, and mobile payment (PromptPay). Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery, as agreed. For weddings and large events, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.

4. Delivery

• We deliver across Koh Samui. Delivery fees vary by zone — see our delivery page for details.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If no one is available at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact the recipient. Flowers may be left in a safe location or returned to the studio.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• For wedding and event orders, cancellation terms will be specified in the proposal or contract.
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo.

6. Subscriptions

Flower subscription plans renew according to their selected frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal by contacting us.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, text, logos, and floral designs — is owned by Bloom Room Studio or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bloom Room Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
