Event florals, demystified

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is ideal for most events. For large installations or peak-season dates (December–March), we recommend reaching out at least six weeks ahead.

Do you handle setup and takedown?

Yes — every event package includes delivery, on-site installation, and collection after the event. Our team coordinates timing with your venue or planner.

Can you match a brand colour or theme?

Absolutely. Send us your brand guidelines, mood board, or reference images and we'll design around your palette and aesthetic.

What venues do you work at?

Any venue on Koh Samui — private villas, beach clubs, hotel ballrooms, restaurants, poolside terraces. We do a site visit when scale requires it.

Is there a minimum spend?

Our intimate-dinner tier starts from ฿15,000. For smaller one-off arrangements (e.g. a single centerpiece), get in touch — we're happy to help.

How does payment work?

A 50 % deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due three days before the event. We accept Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, or credit card.
