Subscription questions
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long contract. We ask for a 4-delivery start so we can dial in your palette and rhythm. After that you can pause or cancel anytime with 5 days' notice.
Do you bring vases?
We can design into your existing vases (free), provide our studio vases on a deposit basis, or source new pieces to match your interior. Most clients mix all three.
What if we have an event that week?
Tell us as far ahead as you can. We can scale up the delivery (charged at the difference), add extra pieces, or skip the regular delivery and replace it with a one-off.
Do you invoice in baht or USD?
Both. We invoice monthly in THB by default; USD or EUR billing is available on request for international villa management companies.
