Trade pricing
Preferred rates on all wedding and event florals. Your margin stays yours — we quote net and you present to the client however you choose.
Dedicated lead designer
Every trade account is assigned a lead designer who stays with the project from brief to strike. One person who knows the venue, the palette, and the client's expectations.
48-hour proposals
Send a brief or mood board and we'll return a costed proposal within two business days — itemised by zone, with install schedule, strike plan, and suggested alternatives if anything is out of season.
On-site installation & strike
Our team handles delivery, setup, and post-event collection at any venue on the island. We coordinate timing with your production schedule so there's no guesswork on the day.
Certificate of insurance on request
Need a COI for a venue or client contract? We can provide proof of liability coverage — just let us know the requirements when you send the brief.
Priority scheduling
Trade partners get first-look booking windows for peak season dates. If you're planning six months out, we hold the date as soon as you confirm — no deposit required until the proposal is signed.

1. Introduce yourself
Get in touch with your company name, the type of events you handle, and how many you typically book per year. We'll set up your trade account within one business day.
2. Send a brief
For each event, share the date, venue, guest count, mood board or references, and budget range. Your lead designer will take it from there.
3. Review the proposal
Within 48 hours you'll receive a costed proposal broken down by zone — ceremony, reception, cocktail, entrance. Revisions are unlimited until the scope is locked.
4. We deliver
Our team composes everything at the studio, delivers to the venue, installs on your timeline, and collects after the event. You focus on the client — we handle the flowers.

Common questions
Is there a minimum order size?
No minimum. We handle everything from a single bridal bouquet to full-venue installations. Trade pricing applies regardless of order size.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak season (December–March), we recommend 3–6 months. Off-peak, 2–4 weeks is usually enough. As a trade partner, you get priority scheduling so we'll hold dates as soon as you confirm.
What are the payment terms?
50% deposit when the proposal is signed, balance due 7 days before the event. We accept bank transfer and all major cards. For recurring partners we can discuss monthly invoicing.
Do you deliver to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao?
Yes. We regularly install at venues on Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. A logistics surcharge applies for inter-island transport — your proposal will include this upfront.
Can I white-label your proposals for my client?
Absolutely. We quote net pricing and can provide un-branded proposals that you present under your own company. Your client relationship is yours.
