Three simple steps
Tell us the details
Message us on WhatsApp, LINE, or the contact form with the amount, the recipient's name, and a message (optional). Let us know if you'd like a digital PDF or a printed card.
Pay by transfer
We send payment details — Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, or credit card. Once the transfer clears we issue the gift card code.
Deliver the card
Digital cards arrive by email or message within an hour. Printed cards are hand-finished at the studio and either collected in Bophut or sent with a bouquet on the day of your choice.
Small print, in plain words
What it covers
Everything we make — bouquets, flowerboxes, subscriptions, weddings, events, vase arrangements, walk-in purchases at the shop. Delivery can be paid from the card balance too.
Validity
Valid 12 months from the purchase date. If it's applied to a subscription, the remaining balance rolls forward with each cycle until it's used.
Partial redemption
Use it across multiple orders. The remaining balance stays on the card — we keep a simple ledger and show the balance on each receipt.
Digital or printed
Digital: a designed PDF emailed or sent on WhatsApp, ready to forward. Printed: hand-finished on cotton card, tied with ribbon — collected at the shop or included with a bouquet delivery.
Payment
Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, or credit card (small processing fee). We send an invoice and the card code once the transfer clears.
Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable, but fully transferable — forward the code to anyone. If there's a problem on our side, we'll always make it right.
