Your questions, answered

Can I order a custom bouquet?

Absolutely — most of our orders are bespoke. Tell us the occasion, colour palette, and budget and we'll compose something one of a kind.

Do you offer same-day delivery on Koh Samui?

Yes. Order by 2 pm and we deliver anywhere on Koh Samui the same day. See our delivery page for zones and fees.

What is the difference between a bouquet and a flowerbox?

A bouquet is hand-tied in paper and ribbon — classic and ready for a vase. A flowerbox is a compact arrangement in a hat-box or branded box — self-contained, no vase needed, and great for gifting.

How long do bouquets last?

Typically 5–7 days with proper care. We include a care card with every delivery: trim stems, change water every two days, keep out of direct sun.

Can I add extras like chocolates or a card?

Yes — we offer add-ons such as handwritten cards, chocolates, and balloons. Mention it when you order and we'll include it.

How do I pay?

Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, or credit card (small processing fee). We send a confirmation once payment clears.
